My radio station uses AAC. I go to Settings > Post-processing. I want to convert to MP3. I don't see an option to select MP3, but I can select M4A. Perhaps there's a plugin where I can find one?

In case you haven't worked it out yet. It's there,
  • left-click 'File -> settings -> Addons'
  • Enable "support encoding of MP3 using LAME" by ticking it
  • Go to your stream in question
  • right-click -> settings
  • left-click Post processing
  • from the drop down menu at the top change "do not change format" to MP3
  • left-click on the "cog" to the right of the drop down menu
  • press "ok"
    That should be it.
