Short answer: No, it doesn't.
Streamwriter only saves the tags that are delivered by the stream. That most of the time are:
1.) Artist and
2.) Song Name/Track Name
Sometimes the information about the Album Name the song/track comes from is delivered, too. That tag can also be saved by streamwriter. But reffering to the stations I record I would say that this is more an exception than normal.
