i cannot connect dark asylum radio anymore
it worked for a while but no longer
i see the station still exist and can play through other recorder
but streamwriter cannot access the station… i dont know why

Copy and paste it in the "Playlist/Stream-URL" line and press the "+" button!

Please let the stream play and look at the right window side on "Log" tab what it says and copy the content to this board here!

You apparently use an invalid proxy-adress (106.187.89.72:443…)!?

Either you need to deactivate it in the main settings or search for a different valid proxy!

In my test seems to work only level 3 proxies without a gateway in streamWriter.

i think the station don't like the listener who use more than 1 stream

is streamwriter listen and record in 1 stream?
have you tried record + listen the station? i bet you will get banned
now im just recording without listening
and still ok…

I think you are really banned in your country or you have hardware problems that will not record and listen at the same time (look at your audio-device software and update this).
Here in germany this station will listen and record at same time on my pc.

In streamWriter are no problems to detect i use it 3 years now!

Some problems we have here in germany with "Raven Radio Network" they banned us totaly and some other stations from USA too!
I ask them: They using special firewall methods to detect connection inquiry, your country-ip (some country area are for users generally banned), your pc-ip (using time over)… they look how long time you play his stream (they don't know listen or record stream this is the same way) they look you are using more streams at same time from the same broadcasting service (foreign streams are not affected) and combining all using time.

You can only search other streams that does'nt use banning methods there are many streams that have no problems with rippers!

You see i can't really help you any more - sorry!
