Steps needed to reproduce the problem:
1. Create several elements in the recording list
2. Move them up or down dragging them
3. It may crash any time. Sometimes it behaves like rubber moving, and just select other times it does move the track

Yes it has happened to me as well. You can use the following workaround:
Open the taskmanager, select the Streamwriter task not the proecces and click on terminate. It will ask you if you really want to terminate streamwriter and click "No" on the task manager and then in streamwriter will ask you as well if you want to close it, click on "No" as well. Hope it helps.
