| | schrieb am 15.09.20 um 05:42 Uhr | | Now that I have reinstalled streamWriter, everything appearing within the program tab "Title search" is: "Error searching titles.", and, indeed, titles cannot be searched for. Even after a restart of my computer, this problem persists.
Previously, within a former installation of streamWriter (not on the same computer, but I do not believe that is really important), I never encountered an error like this!
What could be wrong?
streamWriter build of the current installation is: version 5.5.1.0 'Vivo' build 805; streamWriter is running on Windows 10 (Pro), v. 2004, 64 bit now; previously the same, except v. 1909, if all of this would be important. |

It is working again. Thanks. I already thought this could be a server side problem, but I felt in doubt, because this happened precisely after reinstallation of your program, so, at the same time.

Per Alex's reply earlier this month I had assumed it would be a server side issue. Being the weekend wasn't going to notify until I found this thread.
I wonder, should we start a new copy of the thread any time we encounter this problem so as to bring it to Alex's attention or will it come into focus without this? What is easiest for our developer?
This reminds me, prob time I donated, used 6mths and I've found it invaluable, thanks due. |
