How do I disable this. I've checked my hard disk and found an excess of the following Miley Cyrus - Midnight Sky from quite a lot of radio stations such as Magic Music Radio, Nova_100 and many more.

Did you check the "Wishlist" under the "Lists" tab in the main window? That song should be in that list and you can remove it there.
