| schrieb am 18.07.13 um 05:03 Uhr | | I am looking for a program where I can pre-set a scheduler to record a stream from a radio broadcast (a regular radio station that streams on the internet) for an hour at a time, and then switch to another internet stream and record that one for an hour, and then switch to a third for the same thing. I want it to do this twice a week, and then to be able to listen to the saved files later on. I don't want to clip out the ads, as I'm actually listening to see who the advertisers are on the station.
My question - will streamWriter do this? I've poked around at it a little but so far it didn't start recording when I wanted it to. Please let me know!
Thanks -
(p.s. if it matters to you - I am a vocational consultant for adults with disabilities, and this would help one of the individuals I work with on his job. It's for a good cause!) |

Here you can select the desired streams by double-clicking. Then the stream should appear in the left window. If you press the right mouse button on the stream there should be an option setup scheduled recording. In the window you can select the schedule weekly, the day and time for recording. Then add a second scheduled recording for the stream. Repeat these steps for all desired streams.
In the settings there you must set the following options: - Streams - Save stream files to hard disk drive (must be set) - Save separated tracks (doesn't need to be set) - my observation is, that this setting seems to be ignored for scheduled recordings. - Delete stream files when recording stops - must not be set - Cut songs - Skip ads (doesn't need to be set)
I hope it works this way for you. |

| schrieb am 18.07.13 um 08:32 Uhr | | Thank you, apparently I am having trouble adding streams that work. I added two internet stream URLs, but when the recorder connects to them it just gives an error message stating "Error: Response was HTT but without supported playlist or redirection." I found the URL's using a website called Tunein.com. I can't find the stations when I type the call letters into the browser.
Any thoughts? I appreciate any help. Thank you. |
