Hi everybody,

I only just recently discovered streamWriter… What a glorious application!!

As a big progrock/progmetal fan I am always looking out for new surprises/bands. By recording some stations for a while, I now get many new bands/surprises !

A good station I would like to record songs off is "MOROW - THE BEST PROGRESSIVE ROCK OF YESTERDAY AND TODAY", it is in the radio list, but I have tried to connect several times on several occasions/days, but can never connect! Untill now this seems the only station for me that I can't connect with…

Can anyone help me with this ?

Hello moonmanb and welcome to the forum!

Well, I've searched for Morow in the stream-browser and have found two entries. I've tested both and both streams work on my end (streamwriter connected to both streams and recorded them).

But there's also another way to connect to that station:

Go to the 'Playlist/Stream-URL' field, type

www.morow.com/morow.m3u

into that field and press ENTER or klick on the blue '+'-button at the end of that field. Streamwriter should now create a new entry in the recording window and start recording from that radio station.

BTW: I found out that stream-url by visiting the website of that radio-station. There, there's a forum entry that indicates that they have to deal with a lot of spammers. So, maybe that was the reason the station was not reachable for some time.
